Tūtū and Me participated in Hawaii Book and Music festival

On May 19th & 20th, 2007 Partners in Development Foundation participated in the Hawaii Book and Music festival at Honolulu Hale. At this years festival, Gail Omoto read “Kai the ÿOpihi gets the point” on the keiki main stage and after the reading, Jan & Judy Dill and Garrett & Gail Omoto autographed “Kai the ‘Opihi gets the point” and the Tūtū and Me books. The books were available at the Borders, Nā Mea Hawai‘i, Logos and PID foundation tent for purchase. Partners in Development, Kamehameha Schools and INPEACE shared a tent providing free take-home activities, Traditional Hawaiian games and selling books. “Kai the ‘Opihi” also paid a visit to our tent!
